Order & Shipping Details

Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday – Friday).

Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 5–7 working days (Monday – Friday).

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping methods: Depending on the country, parcels are delivered by Royalmail.


Order Cut-Off Time

Orders must be placed before 16:00 to be processed within the stated timeframe.


Delivery Information

We offer free delivery within the United Kingdom.


Delays

Your order should arrive within 6–9 working days (Monday – Friday).

If it hasn’t arrived within this period, please allow an extra 3 working days before reaching out.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us at info@beckmiller.co.uk as soon as possible.

Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has already been prepared for dispatch.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we sincerely apologise.

Please email photos of the issue to info@beckmiller.co.uk, and we will promptly resolve it by sending you the correct item.
